That stuff only happens to Brittanie

Brittanie and Randy went to Columbiana Grande last night to see Friday the 13th. Well the parking lot was packed out and there was a long line to buy tickets. So Brittanie dropped Randy off to buy tickets while she parked. When Randy got up to buy tickets, they would only let him buy one ticket because they needed to see the ID of the other person because it was a rated R movie. So he went to Brittanie's car and walked up with her and waited in line with her to get her ticket. When she got up there, Friday the 13th was sold out. So now Randy has a ticket and Brittanie doesn't. Randy tried selling his ticket and Brittanie called me. I told her that nobody is going to buy just one ticket, especially on a Friday night. I told her to find a manager, explain what happened, and ask for a refund. They did it and got the refund but I thought it was funny. I have never had that happen to me before but it was especially funny that Randy was trying to sell his one ticket to a horror movie on a Friday night. Oy vey!

Brittanie is doing great at Tech. She is struggling a bit in Political Science because she has a liberal democrat who thinks Reagan was horrible for a teacher. We raised her with the truth....Reagan was the BEST president this country has ever had. But she hates everything that comes out of his mouth and being my child, it is very difficult not to tell him how stupid he is. But she had read reviews on him and knows he thrives on confrontation so she isn't going to engage him. She is loving her psychology class. She took her first test in there last week and the teacher promised to grade on a curve. Well she saw online last weekend that she made 103. She didn't understand how that could happen without a bonus question. When she got to class Tuesday, she found out how that happened. She made the only 100 out of all of that teacher's psychology classes. So she messed up the curve. So the teacher took the next highest grade to do the curve on and it was a 97. So everyone got 3 extra points. But she was very excited to get the only perfect score. It was a 60 question test.

Brittanie has been really stressing out about not being able to find a job when she finishes school. She is also worried about encountering liberal democrats like her teacher if she gets a job in government and having to deal with those losers for years on end. So she started thinking about going back to her original major, which is Psychology, because she loves it and finds it very interesting. She talked to her Psychology teacher and now has another major in mind....nursing. She is thinking of getting her bachelor's in nursing and then her Master's to get a certificate as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She loves the job security that goes along with nursing and how you can take that degree anywhere and make good money. I guess we will see if she really likes it enough to stay in that major.
